The In Patient Unit

The inpatient unit is a ten bedded adult specialist palliative care unit providing care for patients who have persistent symptoms and other complex needs. Patients are also admitted for end of life care but many are able to stay in their own homes with our support and support from the GP and district nursing services. Referral into the service is made through a consultant or GP.
